基于中医师承规培的中医临床技能培养研究
本文旨在探讨中医师承规培在中医临床技能培养中的作用与实施效果,通过文献综述、案例分析和比较研究,本文分析了传统师承教育模式的优势与不足,以及现代规培制度对提升中医临床能力的影响,本文采用定性和定量相结合的研究方法,以实际教学案例为依托,评估了中医师承规培对提升中医临床技能的效果,研究发现,中医师承规培能够有效促进学生临床思维和操作技能的提升,但也面临着师资质量参差不齐、课程设置不完善等问题,针对这些问题,本文提出了改进建议,包括加强师资队伍建设、优化课程设置和强化实践教学环节,本文结果表明,中医师承规培是培养高素质中医人才的有效途径,但需要不断优化和完善。

Abstrt: This article aims to explore the role and implementation effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) apprentice training in clinical skills training of TCM prtitioners。 Through literature review, case analysis and parative research, this article analyzes the advantages and shortings of traditional teher-training models and the impt of modern training systems on improving clinical abilities。 This article adopts a bination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, relying on prtical tehing cases, to assess the effectiveness of TCM apprentice training in enhancing clinical skills。 The study found that TCM apprentice training can effectively promote the improvement of students' clinical thinking and operational skills, but also fes problems such as uneven quality of tehers, imperfect curriculum settings, and weak prtice tehing links。 In response to these issues, this article puts forward improvement suggestions, including strengthening the construction of fulty teams, optimizing curriculum settings, and strengthening the prtice tehing links。 The results of this article indicate that TCM apprentice training is an effective way to cultivate high-quality TCM talents, but needs to be continuously optimized and improved。
